Space Policy

Overview

The Space Policy Team within the Student Space Technology Association (SSTA) is one of the first collegiate space policy teams in the United States, providing students with a unique opportunity to engage with the legal, political, economic, and national security dimensions of space. The team conducts research, develops policy recommendations, and facilitates discussions on emerging issues in space governance, commercial space development, space security, and international cooperation. By bridging the gap between technical innovation and policymaking, the Space Policy Team equips students with the skills and knowledge necessary to shape the future of the space domain.
