Spring 2026 conference is live!
The Regenerative Engine (Dimidium) project aims to develop a liquid bipropellant rocket motor that is regeneratively cooled, allowing it to burn for extended periods of time without disposable components like ablative liners. Furthermore, the project aims to fabricate the engine using the electroforming technique employed by NASA during the 20th century.
The Regenerative Engine team is led by our VP of Propulsion, Kevin Bobbitt. Kevin is a junior studying aerospace engineering at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
