Spring 2026 conference is live!
The latest addition to our ground systems test stand, the Test Bunker (2025) will integrate our Data Acquisition (DAQ) systems with live camera monitoring of static hot-fires as well as provide the SSTA with a sheltered on-site location for monitoring all systems during tests.
This project is ongoing with state of the art solar panel and battery systems, water deluge and acoustic protection, and new aerospace software developed by the SSTA.
LEADERSHIP
The Test Bunker team is led by our VPs of Test Engineering William Hayward and Clarice Tate. William is a sophomore and Clarice is a junior, both studying mechanical engineering at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. William and Clarice were members of BIG LIQUID (2024).
